I would highly recommend DeMarcus. I admit my partner and I were skeptical as we had listed the property with another brokerage the previous year without success. DeMarcus worked quickly to determine a fair market value as well as a marketing plan that would guarantee maximum exposure. He hosted multiple open houses on the weekends and even some weekday evenings. He kept in contact on the status of negotiations and even took care of finalizing details after the contract closed (return of internet modems, send packages of mail to my new home, etc).
